I am a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBCHWC); I hold coach certification as an Advanced Certified Personal and Executive Coach (ACPEC) from the College of Executive Coaching, Associate Coach Certification (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and certification from the American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM) to work with clients with chronic health conditions.
I earned a PhD in Educational Psychology from the University of Connecticut with a specialization in Gifted Education and Talent Development and I am an Emerita faculty member at William & Mary in Virginia. I have mentored gifted and creative individuals for more than 30 years.
